For almost 10 years, I have worked both in the corporate environment and in small businesses, alongside involved entrepreneurs and owners separated from their business. These experiences taught me how important the environment in which we work is and how the way we feel in this environment influences the team's performance and cohesion.
The team means more than the visible people "at the table" - it also includes those "invisible members" who play an important role in the common success. One of the major challenges we have observed is the distance often created between leaders – whether entrepreneurs, managers or owners – and the rest of the team. That's why I focus my efforts on creating a safe and open environment where everyone feels listened to, valued and an integral part of the team's success.
Retaining and developing team members is critical to building a healthy and lasting ecosystem. Each person plays a vital role and I am here to facilitate connections and support the development of all involved.
My role is to help teams overcome challenges and create an environment where every member actively contributes and feels part of the success story.

Never alone on the path of transformation
My personal and professional journey has not been without its challenges. I went through difficult times where my life seemed to be falling apart and the fear of change was holding me back. But in the face of these difficulties, I realized that change is the only possible option to move forward. It is a process in which I discovered new strengths and a clearer vision of the future, regardless of the challenge I encountered.
These experiences helped me understand how important courage and self-confidence are when we go through changes or encounter challenges.
In the coaching process, I focus on partnering with my clients, working together to clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and build a clearer vision of the future. Empathy, respect and commitment to their success are the values that guide me in every session.
Whatever challenges you face, start from the belief that you already have the answers, the confidence and the courage to overcome them. I am here to accompany you on your way to performance.

For me, comfort is a trap
Welcome! I'm Deeea 🙂 My journey started in Bistrita-Năsăud County, at the foot of the Rodna Mountains, and took me to the United States in 2006.
Throughout my life, I have learned to view every challenge as an opportunity for growth and discovery. For me, comfort is a trap. Like the phoenix that represents me, I embrace the risk of "burning", knowing that every challenge makes me fly higher and reach further. This mindset helps me in coaching, allowing me to support my clients in overcoming their own limitations and fears.
I went through dark times, including a critical period where I was close to suicide. With the help of coaching, I was able to come out of that darkness. This experience prompts me to empathize with clients' challenges and provide a safe, non-judgmental space for them to find their inner strength.
Days turn into nights and nights end in dawn. Just as I have been able to rise again and again, I strongly believe that my clients have the power to do the same. Authentic transformation occurs when we release our past and embrace our true potential. In my role as a coach, I am dedicated to providing the necessary support for each client to discover their own truth.
Pain is part of the transformation process: it is inevitable, but temporary. No matter what challenges my clients face, I support them to find the courage to love and rise again and again.
My experiences have taught me that we can fly, even when it seems like we are burning, and I am here to accompany my clients to find their own wings.

I chose to sign up for a coaching "taste" for several reasons:
- I decided not to let opportunities pass me by;
- I wanted to see if I can/am still willing to make a career change;
- I wanted to see what it's like to work with a coach, if I'm compatible with this type of program.
And I received...IONUT.
Surprisingly, it was not very easy for me even though it was only 3 sessions, you were extremely polite and open and the discussions came easily. I found things in myself that I didn't like, some I thought I was a stranger to.
For example:
- I am a monument to punctuality. With you I managed to be late. I've learned that mistakes can still be made, but I hope to be more lenient with those who make me wait.
- I don't usually procrastinate (too much), but now I'm late with this feed back under the pretext that I'd like to be a really relevant one.
You showed me what I already knew, but what good is it if you don't apply it?
You made me think and do. And obviously, then the Universe conspires to achieve your goals.
It is much easier to walk on a straight path, if you are determined and accept that it will be difficult for you. Because Ionuț does not allow it to be easy for you... But we all know that you have to be bad before you are good.
And I really liked something else. All of our appointments are overdue. You can see that Ionut really likes what he does, it is no longer work, but passion. I also had this passion for a long time and I realized that this is what I am looking for now, this is what I want, this is the direction I must go. I wish you good health, because success is axiomatic in the way you work.
